Primitive “healers” believed that they were not the source of the healing, but a vessel for universal healing energy to be transmitted through. This is Abby’s belief, too. She uses her knowledge and talents, combined with this universal energy in her healing sessions to stimulate the client’s own healing response.
She utilizes various techniques from various cultures, including chakra balancing, stone spirit/crystal therapy, sound therapy, plant spirit therapy, reiki (a form of healing touch), affirmations, etc.
The herbalist consultations and healing sessions can be performed separately or together for the complete effect.

Abby is a firm believer in the old Chinese proverb:

Each consultation includes a second short follow-up meeting, when the client will receive their thoroughly researched (through muscle testing and shamanic journeying) wellness guidelines. An herbal wellness formula may also be provided for a nominal fee.
